My services work within a 3 session package spanning from 4 - 8 weeks, depending on individual needs.

 

The program is designed to assist individuals out of their current stuck situation in order to access their inner power to live their dream lifestyle.

 

Within those weeks we will meet in my clinic 3 times. Outside of clinic hours you will have homework tasks to complete diligently and daily.

 

This 3 session package costs €205 and is comprised of an initial consultation including a kinesiology balance lasting 90 min, followed by two 60 min kinesiology balances

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, there is no charge and I will gladly facilitate another date for the cancelled session.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your schedule session, there will be a €25 charge and I will gladly facilitate another date for the cancelled session.

  • No shows are responsible for 100% of the fees.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AUTHORIZATION DETAILS.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018

 

I freely and willingly opt into the granting of HELEN WEIR DREAMCATCHER  KINESIOLOGY SERVICES and its representative(s) permission & authority to collect, store & use my personal data & the information given by me for the purpose of my treatments and for the purpose(s) of better treating my presenting condition(s) and or future conditions and/or, those of my children and/or dependents.

I acknowledge and agree that my information shall be locked safely in storage. I understand that my information will not be shared with third parties without my prior written permission to so share it. I acknowledge that at any time, should I request it in writing that I will be given full access to a print-out and/or electronic version of all my personal data as was provided by me, the undersigned. I further acknowledge & understand that I may, at any time, notify Helen Weir DREAMCATCHER  Kinesiology Services in writing of my desire to opt out of having my personal data & other information so stored and that in due course said data will be deleted/removed from their system once the legal and insurance data retention requirements have been fulfilled.

 

The information that I may provide Helen Weir DREAMCATCHER  Kinesiology Services and its representative(s), may include but not be limited to: my personal details: Full name, date of birth, my children’s names, date(s) of birth; either my own, my children’s, or that of a family member or dependent’s, medical history including clinical test results; details of present/past ailments, information regarding my physical, emotional & mental health or that of my children or a dependent; chronic or acute conditions including those medically undiagnosed & diagnosed, signs & symptoms of an acute or chronic condition. Family names and spouse/partner names are retained to promote familiarity and fluidity of dialogue where and when relevant to Helen Weir DreamCatcher Kinesiology Services.

Your data will also be used to manage future communications between us including about our products and services and other products and services that are deemed helpful.
